At Pine Haven, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder, meaningful relationships, and the joy of learning. Located in Elizabeth, Colorado, we are a relationship-centered learning community offering two unique educational programs designed to support children and families during their earliest and most important learning years.

Preschool & Junior Kindergarten (Ages 3–5)
Our preschool program provides a warm, nurturing environment where children learn through play, literature, exploration, music, movement, nature, and hands-on experiences. We focus on developing confidence, curiosity, kindness, and school readiness while honoring each child's unique pace of growth. UPK funding is accepted for qualifying students.

Private Homeschool Enrichment (Grades K–6)
Our private homeschool enrichment program partners with homeschooling families by providing engaging academic instruction in a supportive classroom environment. Families maintain the freedom and flexibility of homeschooling while their children benefit from rich learning experiences, friendships, and experienced teachers.

Whether your child is taking their very first steps into learning or continuing their homeschool journey, Pine Haven is a place where children are known, encouraged, and inspired to grow.

A Literature-Based, Living Education

At Pine Haven, we believe children learn best through meaningful experiences rather than worksheets alone. Our literature-rich approach builds strong foundations in language arts, math, history, science, and the arts through beautiful books, engaging discussions, hands-on projects, experiments, nature study, art, games, movement, and creative expression.

Learning is organized around monthly themes and concepts that allow children to make meaningful connections across subjects while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

A Partnership with Families

We believe parents are a child's first and most important teachers.

Our preschool program partners closely with families to celebrate each child's growth and development, creating a supportive community where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.

Our homeschool enrichment program extends that partnership by providing thoughtfully planned instruction, curriculum support, monthly pacing guides, and practical resources that help families confidently continue learning at home. Our goal is never to replace homeschooling, but to enrich it with meaningful classroom experiences and genuine community.
