Our Learning Experience

At Pine Haven, we've thoughtfully designed a program that partners with homeschool families while giving students an engaging, meaningful day of learning. Rather than replacing what families are doing at home, we come alongside them by providing enriching educational experiences, individualized teacher support, and opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.

Every day is intentionally balanced between immersive enrichment, academic skill development, and personalized support.

Immersive Monthly Learning Adventures

Every month, students embark on a new learning adventure that connects literature, writing, mathematics, history, geography, STEM, and creativity through engaging, hands-on experiences.

Instead of isolated lessons, students explore rich monthly themes that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world application.

Whether they're designing medieval castles, writing newspaper articles, exploring world cultures, or discovering the science of music, every activity is intentionally connected to a larger learning journey.

Throughout the year students will explore themes such as:

Personalized Academic Support

Every homeschool family is unique, and we believe their educational support should be too.

Each day includes a dedicated Personalized Learning Block where students receive one-on-one support from an experienced educator using their family's chosen curriculum.

Whether a student needs help understanding a math lesson, feedback on a writing assignment, reading support, or simply encouragement to work through a challenging concept, we're there to provide individualized instruction tailored to their needs.

During this time, students may:

• Receive one-on-one teacher instruction

• Complete homeschool assignments

• Work on projects

• Read independently

• Participate in small-group support

• Ask questions and receive individualized guidance

Our goal is to partner with families by reinforcing the learning already taking place at home while helping students grow in confidence and independence.

Enrichment Electives

Each afternoon, students have the opportunity to pursue their interests through engaging electives designed to inspire creativity, build practical life skills, and encourage exploration.

Students choose from:

Fine Arts
Discover artistic techniques while exploring history, literature, science, and culture through meaningful creative expression.

Culinary Arts
Learn kitchen safety, nutrition, food preparation, and cooking skills through hands-on experiences.

Spanish
Build conversational vocabulary and cultural understanding through games, stories, songs, and interactive activities.

Outdoor Education
Explore nature through environmental studies, outdoor skills, teamwork, and hands-on discovery.

Students learn in a welcoming community where they are known, encouraged, challenged, and supported as they grow academically and personally.

Pine Haven Homeschool Program has an annual fee of $3,000 for the 2026–2027 school year. Sibling discounts start at $1500 and scholarships may be available. Payment plans are also available.

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is open now. A $125 registration fee per child is required to enroll.
