Culinary Arts: Introduce students to the joy of cooking through fun, hands-on activities. Students will learn basic kitchen skills, simple recipes, and safe food practices while exploring flavors from around the world.

Outdoor Education: This course is an immersive, nature-based educational approach that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow through outdoor experiences. It emphasizes hands-on activities, free play, and child-led exploration to foster creativity, curiosity, and a deep connection to the natural world. By engaging in activities such as environmental art, practical survival skills, teamwork, and sensory exploration, children develop essential life skills, build confidence, and strengthen their understanding of the environment. Outdoor Education provides a unique opportunity for children to learn in a holistic and open-ended way, promoting personal growth, community connection, and a lifelong appreciation for nature.

Creative Writing & Storytelling: Invites students to use their imagination to create characters, settings, and stories of their own. Through fun prompts, guided activities, and group storytelling, students will learn how to express ideas clearly and confidently. Students will practice writing short stories, poems and personal narratives while also exploring spoken storytelling and dramatic expression.

Spanish: Introduces students to the basics of the Spanish language through engaging activities. Students will learn vocabulary, common phrases, numbers, colors and everyday expressions through games, songs, stories and conversation practice. Students also explore cultural traditions from Spanish speaking countries to build appreciation and global awareness.
